We are proud to warrant our products* against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In addition, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our Flash Pre-Inked and Xstamper products.

We regret that we cannot honor warranty claims for any defects or damage caused by re-inking our stamps with the incorrect ink, with ink purchased from another company or if using our stamps on chemically treated paper. We are also not responsible for any mistake a customer makes when providing us with or entering the custom information for their product.
To improve the performance and life of your stamp, we suggest the following:
- Use moderate but firm pressure
- Clean the surface of the stamp periodically with a piece of Scotch brand tape
- Do not store the stamp with the printing surface in direct contact with any other surface
